If your purchase arrived damaged, incorrect, or with imperfections, you’re welcome to return it. I’ll send you a new one that meets your expectations or I’ll give you a refund.
However, because of the print-on-demand nature of the business, I cannot accept returns for customer errors such as choosing the wrong size or not liking the color.

Who is eligible for a return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
Who is eligible for an exchange?
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email firstname.lastname@example.org and I will assist you.
How long do I have to return or exchange a print?
Returns on misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
What happens once you receive my returned item?
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Can I get a refund on a sale item?
Unfortunately, not. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Who pays for shipping on returns and exchanges?
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
What happens if my address was incorrect?
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier and the order has already been shipped, the shipment will be returned. You will then be liable for reshipment costs once I have confirmed the correct/updated address with you (if and as applicable).
What happens to unclaimed packages?
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
